Swingin' Breezes is a real "1950s" beach cottage set in a beautifully landscaped yard just 4 blocks east of Seaside. Decorated simply but artistically, the house features an open living/dining area with a first floor bedroom and a large bunk/activities room. The large screened porch across the front of the house makes it the perfect spot for viewing the activities on 30-A, while the shrubs and trees create privacy.

Master suite on 2nd level with a rooftop deck displaying a great gulf view. SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL IN SEASON. Parking for 3 cars only.
