Playa Arcadia is quite unique is many ways. Located in the most desirable gated Las Conchas – directly on the beach. The floor plan layout is set up for Friends and Families that travel together. There are 4 bedrooms. Most notably this home has 3 master bedrooms – all with King size beds. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have gas fireplaces.

All Master bedrooms have beautiful glass doors that open to the patio and give breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The fourth bedroom is quite large and is set up as the Children’s room – it has 2 bunk beds each having twin mattress on top and full mattress on the bottom and a full size pull-out futon.

This room is the perfect “wind down” room for the children and can sleep 8 children or 5 adults. It comes complete with it own TV as well VCR and large closet and small sofa. As you enter this home through the large foyer, you are immediately greeted by the view of the Sea of Cortez in the Great room.

This large gathering space, which has a beautiful boveda ceiling, is designed for comfort. Enjoy relaxing on the large leather sectional sofa that has 2 recliners and a chase. From wherever you stand or sit in the room, you are provided a panoramic view of the beach and water. There is a large gas burning fireplace, Satellite TV, CD player, Stereo system, and VCR.

Enjoy sharing meals at the glass-top dining table and/or the custom tiled breakfast bar that seats 8. The large kitchen is set up wonderfully – amenities include dishwasher, gas stove, compactor, reverse osmoses water system, refrigerator with a water/ice in-door feature. All necessary small appliances are there – blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

Dishes, spices, plates, place mats, glasses etc. are there. The bathrooms are large with custom tile and snail shaped showers. There are 3 full size bathrooms so you can spread out and have privacy. There is also a 4th bathroom that is next to the Great room and Kitchen. Other amenities include a full sized washer and dryer, ceramic tile floors, ceiling fans throughout, central heat/AC, built in gas barbecue on the patio that runs the length of the home (over 50’), patio furniture, outside shower.

Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays.
